Kylie Jenner got a new tattoo!
This news, is not about Kylie's new tattoo guys, well it sort of is. The thing is Kylie Jenner, with a gesture of goodwill returned the favour to the artist and tattooed his wrist! the reality star was on the headlines for a similar incident! The first time Kylie tattooed an artist, when got herself a tattoo from a NYC parlour, the NYC Dept. of Health and Mental Hygiene gave a warning to the parlour, not to let unlicensed people handle the tattoo gun.
Yet again, Kylie might have landed the parlour guy in trouble with her latest act. This is the fourth tattoo the 18-year-old reality star has inked her body with. The video below, shows the artist etching into her right pinky finger.
