India U-19 side booked a place in the final of the U-19 World Cup after beating Sri Lanka by 97 runs in Bangladesh on Tuesday. After early woes, fifties by Anmolpreet Singh and Sarfaraz Khan steadied the ship to take India to 267. In reply, Sri Lanka never looked to be a winning side – losing wickets at regular intervals and seeing the required run-rate rise rapidly. Mayank Dagar finished with figures of 3/21 as Sri Lanka collapsed at 170.
