Pul also announced his decision to constitute his council of ministers in the next couple of days.
With at least nine Congress MLAs switching allegiance to him, Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Kalikho Pul is all set to steer clear through the crucial floor test in the assembly Thursday. Pul also announced his decision to constitute his council of ministers in the next couple of days.
“I will have no problem in winning confidence of the House on Thursday. Nine Congress MLAs have already come to our side, taking the number of Congress MLAs with the government to 28. A few more will also be joining in the next two or three days,” Pul said.
Pul, who was sworn in as Chief Minister on February 19 amid protests from the AICC, will now have no problem winning the confidence vote as he also enjoys the support of 11 BJP MLAs and two Independents.
